The Main House / - Full kitchen including a full sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. - Dining Room - Three bedrooms; one full bed, one queen bed (located behind a secret sliding bookshelf door) and two twins. - Two full bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a standing shower). - Two spacious living rooms with TVs, books and games. - Washer and Dryer Lower Unit (Secondary Suite) Studio / - Full kitchen including a full sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. - One queen bed and dresser - Linen/storage closet with hangers - Couch (pull-out queen bed) and TV - Full bathroom with standing shower Upper Unit (Guest Suite) Studio / - Kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and kettle. - One queen bed, dresser, clothing rack, and TV - Full bathroom with standing shower Beautiful shared exterior space including lounge areas, decks, a fire pit, swing, dining/gaming table, string lights, bistro table and more! We also have a gym on the property (you can find it in the garage) with a sauna, complimentary paddle boards, boogie boards, and cruiser bikes for guests to use during their stay (including extrs goodiess like fishing equipement, towels, tennis gear and more).

The neighborhood shows the best of both worlds with quiet tree lines streets but plenty to offer with walkable coffee shops, breweries, wineries, and restaurants. The Boise River Greenbelt (located just 2 blocks from the house) is the best place in town to jog/walk/bike.

Bikes are provided, but this is a lovely walking neighborhood as well. Two off street parking spaces are available behind the house in front of the garage and parking directly infront of the house. Street parking is also plentiful, safe, and free (it's a small city).

Perfect for our group visit to Boise. House is nicely decorated, clean and updated. Great instructions and well equipt and organized. Close distance to downtown & greenbelt. Fantastic coffee shop a block away! We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Danielle was a fantastic host, quick to respond and really easy going! The space was incredible and they had great hospitality. They left us little welcome gifts and even worked with us last minute for a late check out. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if I’m back in town!

Many Airbnb hosts have lost the plot of what makes Airbnb appealing - but not Danielle. Check-in was easy, thoughtful treats were waiting for us in each of the rental units, and she went out of her way to make our stay delightful. I would recommend this spot to anyone, anytime. It's so close to Alchemist coffee and a smoothie spot, it's located in a quiet neighborhood, and just a short walk to Esther Simplot & Quinn's Pond. Don't sleep on this location!! It's worth every penny.

We used the home for hosting family who were visiting for a wedding. It was a wonderful place with clean comfortable places for sleeping, dining and visiting with family. The location and parking was great and convenient.

I stayed here with my bridesmaids before my wedding and it was fantastic! Plenty of space for us to sit and chat and also big enough that we could be separate if we wanted to. A really cool and gorgeous space that was fun to be in and very comfy to stay in. Danielle is a wonderful host and was always checking in and super friendly. Would recommend this place!

We chose Danielle's place for our guys' weekend in Boise and it was perfect for our group of 6! Having the main house and 2 studio units surrounding a center courtyard was a great set up for us to spread out when needed and hang as a group the rest of the time. The location was great. We easily took Lime scooters and bikes down the green belt and to downtown, and walked to Simplot Park for swimming and across the river to breweries and restaurants in Garden City. We loved that the house was outfitted with bikes, paddleboards, a kayak, cooler, etc., which made exploring all that Boise has to offer that much easier. Danielle is an excellent host and made sure we were taken care of the entire trip. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend a stay! My group had all 3 units, and it is such a fun and unique property with shared courtyard area, amenities, etc. Danielle also goes above and beyond with small touches such as leaving snacks and waters. And in a great location close to everything in Boise with an awesome coffee shop right around the corner! Would definitely return!

Our family stay at the Cottages was amazing. Our family fit perfectly and the property was beautiful. We spent our nights relaxing by the fire pit and the kids loved the swings and games that were available for them to use. Danielle thought of everything when designing this place and she left us some great snacks/treats. I’ll definitely be booking again. This place deserves more than a five star rating 🤩.
