A peaceful modern cottage tucked away in the most ideal of Boise neighborhoods.
Good to know
A separate and private Studio Guest Suite, accessed by stairs. This Suite has a private bathroom with a toilet and a standing shower. There is no kitchen, but a kitchenette area, which contains a microwave, minifridge, kettle, and Keurig coffee maker (would not suit anyone who wants to cook extensively). There are many nearby cafes and restaurants! You will also find a plush queen bed, bistro table and chairs, and a small cabinet for clothing storage. There is also a gym, directly below your Suite, and complimentary paddle boards, boogie boards, and cruiser bikes for guests to use during their stay (on a first-come-first-serve basis). Please note: There are two other Airbnb units on the property (both are separate and private spaces).
Other Details to Note
We pride ourselves in making spaces for guests that we would want to enjoy. Time has been taken to give your Suite character and charm, and make you feel as welcomed and at-home as possible. That being said, it is our constant goal to be the best hosts we can be, and give the best experiences possible. Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The neighborhood shows the best of both worlds with quiet tree lines streets but plenty to offer with walkable coffee shops, breweries, wineries, and restaurants. The Boise River Greenbelt (located just 2 blocks from the house) is the best place in town to jog/walk/bike.
Guest Access
There is free, untimed parking on the streets surrounding the Cottages. You will have one assigned parking spot near guest entry. Details for this on arrival! The grounds are shared space. Enjoy the lounging decks, dining table, gas firepit, swings, and garage gym as you wish! Important note: There are stairs to this Suite, so it is not suitable for anyone who cannot use stairs easily.

Bikes are provided, but this is a lovely walking neighborhood as well. Two off street parking spaces are available behind the house in front of the garage, but on street parking is also plentiful, safe, and free (it's a small city).
